Hey! Hey! Hey! Kids yoga is back!!!

Starting Monday Sept. 9th at 5p-6p. Kids will do a gentle yoga flow, learn breathwork and explore mindfulness techniques. Classes are appropriate for kids 5 to 9 years of age. This is only an 8 week program. Classes are $10 a kiddo.
